Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I’m nervous / self conscious about taking a class.
A: Nervousness or being self conscious is a normal reaction.  It means that you want to do well and you recognize that this is something new to you.  We enjoy training people, if you have the motivation and initiative to sign up for a class, we have the patience and ability to show you the fundamentals in an environment that promotes learning.  It’s ok to be a little nervous, but don’t let that stop you from getting training.

Q: Do I need a firearm to take the class?
A: No.  We have pistols available for use.  If you’re a first time shooter we have .22 caliber pistols that have low recoil that let you concentrate on technique and having fun.  Contact us to make arrangements or with any questions for the rifle or shotgun courses.

Q: I have a pistol, can I use that?
A: Absolutely.  You are welcome to bring your pistol and ammunition for it.

Q: Can I buy ammunition from you?
A: We do not sell ammunition.  We can recommend a gun shop close to you if you would like.

Q: What do I need to bring to a class?  I don’t have anything.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, cash, or check.
